Young Leaders
We are proud to support the ECB Young Leaders Programme which enables players from age 14 upwards to qualify in coaching, umpiring, scoring and grounds keeping. We offer Young Leaders volunteering opportunities as part of their qualification and will employ them to support courses and matches once they are qualified.

Coach qualifications
All Invicta coaches have valid DBS/CRB certificates and are qualified to ECB Level 2 or 3.
They will also have taken the ECB Safeguarding Young Children course and most are qualified first aiders.
